I want everyone to benefit from hypnotherapy which is why I offer group hypnotherapy sessions at a discounted rate. Group sessions also allow you to speak with others about your experiences after the session. All session times are Eastern Standard Time and are done via Zoom.

As a Certified Stress Management Consultant, I am happy to offer 1-hour Stress Management Seminars to businesses as well as group hypnotherapy sessions for stress management. Stress Management seminars and hypnotherapy sessions are excellent ways to thank your employees and show them you care about their mental health. These seminars/sessions may be done online or in person if located in New England. If the seminar/session is done online, the employees may enjoy it from the comfort of their homes. Past Life Regression- Saturday, October 21st @ 3:00pm

This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the experience of a past life regression at a fraction of the cost. During this session, the group will be brought gently and comfortably into hypnosis. We will do some grounding work to help deepen the level of hypnosis and remove any stress, anxiety, and less-than-positive energy before regressing back through childhood and into a past life.

Before the session, I will go over what hypnosis is like and what to expect as well as answer questions. After the session, participants will have the optional chance to share their experiences.


Stress Relief- Thursday, November 16th @ 6:00pm

This group session is a very relaxing and constructive way to benefit anyone who experiences any degree of stress. You will learn about stress, the main causes of it, and how to rid yourself of the physical, mental, and emotional burdens it brings before going into hypnosis.

Give yourself the gift of reducing stress and all the uncomfortable side effects caused by it while learning about stress and how it affects us. During the session, you will embark on a journey into your mind, body, and spirit.
